I usually don't write reviews but I have to say that surmount mortgage services and their team have gone above and beyond my expectations and what I paid them to do for me. I had initially spoken to them about my situation as I was facing foreclosure and
I did not have the finances to continue paying my mortgage or have the ability to immediately move out and find another place to rent. I initially spoke to a counselor and they got their entire team involved in the process all the way from their tax consultants
to their attorney and we finally went through a short sale but in the meantime I had stayed in my house for 8 months during which I was able to get my finances and my life together.
