They delivered exactly what I wanted

We were looking for a specific model with certain features, Jessica worked to find that special Ford Explorer at another dealership. Scott, the Internet Sales Manager, made sure it was available the next day at Sunland Ford. Andrew greeted us and then showed us our new SUV. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the features and how to enjoy them. The dealership was very busy and they were backed up in finance. The rest of our visit was not the best. We left late and deflated, but happy with our new Ford. When management became aware of our less than outstanding experience they reached out to us and worked hard to make it right. That is why they get Five Stars and we will be returning. Thank you.
