To whom it may concern; I started my loan modification with Mastura at US Homeowners Assistance in November. She was very helpful in explaining to me what was going on in the world. I am a single mother, my hardship was ligetimate, and my lender was unwilling to even talk to me. Its because my loan balance of $73,000 with Liton Loan Servicing was not big enough for them to care. I was charged an upfront fee of $2,000, and was modified finally in February 7, 2009. My interest rate was was reduced to half of what it used to be and i was granted a reduction off my principle balance of $15,000. I am very thank full to Mastura at US Homeowners Assistance.
