This group is a simple scam. They may be attorneys, but are deceptive. Today I got a "mailer" offering loan modification. The mailer hid the name of the firm by only providing a phone number. When I calked the number, I asked the name of the firm and was met with major problems. They were reluctant to say who they were..(clearly something to hide). I asked to be removed from their mailing list and was asked "is that all you have to say sir?". The rude girl hung up as soon as I asked her who she was with. I than called back and spoke with Duane. Although nice, he was as useless as she was. I told him I had no interest in him or his fly by night firm and didnt want their deceptive mailers. I also told him I was aware of the many complaints about this firm from all over the country. If a firm has to hide who they are when they reach out to you than that us the first sign. When you call them and they are scared to tell you who they are, second strike. When you call your State Attorney Generals office and they have had lots of other complaints, its time to run. These people are scum and are nothing but scammers praying on the misfortune of others. The others who spoke highly of them clearly are employees or relatives
