By all means, AVOID Squeegee Pro! They were recommended by The End Result referral service. The workers started out doing such a poor job on my residence (the old Splash & Dash routine), that I told them to improve. Then they told me that they only do the outsides, because "the insides don't get dirty". Unacceptable. As a result, they didn't finish the job & said they would come out the next day - no one appeared. Made other appointments to finish the job but again, they failed to show up (there was someone at home to let them in all day, each time). When I called the company to let them know that no one had come out (again) they were SO VERY SURPRISED! It was only when I mentioned a PARTIAL REFUND that they actually came out to (poorly) wash the SINGLE garage window which they couldn't find time for the first time (a 10-minute job at most). IN MY OPINION, their "F" rating is richly deserved!
