SE in the past had always been a great game developer in my eyes until I actually tried calling their customer support on an issue of a banned FFXI account. The only information I was given was that the account had been banned for "Irregular Activity" and that there was little else I could but send a letter and pray. If you Google around you will find this story is all too common and I find it worrying that SE is so comfortable is exercising their terms of use on players to say they can terminate accounts without notice or reason. Then their support continues to say there is nothing they can do and the hundreds of hours people put into their game is gone. For a company experiencing set backs like they are it seems logical to lighten up and let people pay them but instead they rather punish the community and players based on half-resolved issues and lose money. As developer they make quality products but you need to treat your players with respect and give them adequate information.
