I had some worries about my order because I am in San Francisco for holidays and was doubting if my package would arrive on time in my hotel. Michelle came to the rescue and made sure the package arrived on time and perfect condition. She was very helpful. Instead of a worried customer, she changed me into a very happy (and returning) customer. Companies should treasure people like Michelle. If she runs for president, she will have my vote :)))
