Christine is Awesome

I ordered an autographed baseball on 7/31/13. By 8/9/13 I had not received any information whether the baseball had been shipped or not. I emailed the Customer service rep that had purchased the ball for me and he indicated the warehouse the baseball was stored in was undergoing an inventory and the ball was delayed in shipping. I never heard from him again. On 8/19/13 I emailed another customer service rep about my problem and he emailed back that he was referring my inquiry to his manager. Never heard from either one of them again either. On 8/23/13 I made one last effort to find out what happened to this baseball. As luck will have it I reached Christine Benavente. Within 3 hours of my email, Christine was able to provide me with information on what happened to my order. She apologized for the lack of service that the other 3 customer service people had provided me. She indicated to me she would follow up on my order and would get back to me on 8/26/13. Christine indeed followed up with me on 8/26/13 and indicated she had located the baseball and overnighted it UPS to me and I received it the next day. If it wasn't for Christine and her great customer service I probably would not purchase anything from sportsmemorabilia.com again. Christine turned a big disappointment into a positive for me and I am happy to say that I will purchase more items from sportsmemorabilia.com again. Just as an aside I think management should have Christine train some of their other customer service people on the art of good customer service. Christine is an asset to sportsmemorabilia.com and represents the organization in an exemplary manner. Good job Christine.
