I purchased an UTG airsoft product from them in December of 2007. My complaint regarding this company is their customer service, or should I say lack of customer service. They have a 30 day return policy, however if you purchase a product that quits working immediately and contact them via e-mail and they don't answer your e-mails what good is a 30 day return policy? I'm calling this experience my $140.00 life lesson regarding purchasing on the internet without first checking sites such as Better Business Bureau's and doing some internet searches regarding a company's reputation. (ripoff report.com as an example) Don't take my word, do some homework yourself and save yourself a bad experience! When you see a Better Business Bureau rating of, "F" (worst)verses a "AAA" (being best) would you do business with that company?? My bad for not looking!!
