I placed an order on 3/22/08, quickly got a confirmation email and they took the money from my acct the next day. Over a week later the order status still says "new" and I am unable to find out if the order has shipped and when it is expected to arrive. 3 emails have gone unanswered. The phone number on the website is busy during business hours. After hours a voicemail picks up and says no one is available to take the call. DO NOT ORDER FROM SPEEDY TOYS...post review note - finally got someone to answer the phone - the trick is to dial "1" for new sales, then he answers, do not dial "2" for order status. He admitted that he doesn't actually stock the merchandise but orders it from another company - even though his website claims "in stock". Got a full refund on my order.
