Special Needs at Sea awesome

We used Special Needs at Sea twice and cannot say enough good about them. On the first cruise the scooter was waiting in the cabin when we arrived. With a little checking my husband was good to go. Our steward found a place nearby to store and charge it
when not in use. It was a Godsend for my husband! The second cruise we were going w to e Panama Canal 14 days. When we arrived in our cabin there was a large size wheel chair not a scooter. No way I could push my husband around for two weeks. Called the 800#
the lady explained they had made their deliveries to our ship but they would see f they could get us a scooter. Within 30 mins a nice man from SNAS arrived, apologized (we had made the mistake not them), exchange chair for scooter and we were good to go. My
husband did tip him well but fact is they more than saved the cruise for me! We love them and recommend them highly.
