Spark hasn't responded to requests for help after months!!!

I've been trying to contact the affiliate department at Spark Networks weekly over the course of months and I have heard nothing from them the entire time. Feels really disrespectful! Am disappointed that my multiple attempts to reach someone at the company have been ignored.
