Spa Guts is a rip-off

I ordered a $400controller for my spa; they sent me the wrong product which had a different Rev # on it. The professional I hired to install it told me he wouldn't install it because it was not the right part. I tried to return it for a refund and they told me the part was just a newer version; my professional installer says otherwise. Spa Guts refused to give me a refund. I disputed it with my credit card co and they brokered a deal--Spa Guts would charge me a 25% cancellation fee (that's $100!) I'd never do business with them again. I'd give them no stars if I could.
