Consumer beware! There are several other companies who can install whole house fans and this should not be were you take your business. We had a system installed in 2008. In 2010, we required service for this system and could not reach anyone by phone or email. This company does business under a variety of names: QuietCool Fans of the Inland Empire, Quiet Cool, Inc, Dana Stevenson Electric, Dana Stevenson Electric Service, etc. All of the business have one thing in common, they will not respond if you are calling for service or repair. Our system has not only failed but the parts to repair it are no longer being manufactured. We were never once notified of this or offered any type of options for how to proceed. Take your business elsewhere.
