I'm a college student at CSUF and recently bought a Ford Focus after extensively working a summer internship; Lola is my baby! So you can imagine how frantic I was when I woke up early this morning to find that my baby was missing from the parking lot of my boyfriend's apartment building. After a long phone call with the police, I learned that Lola had been towed and was sitting at Southside Tow. At 8 this morning I took a taxi to the tow company and was greeted by two friendly staff members... Tony helped me, I believe that was his name atleast. Anyway! What the Fullerton Police Department failed to mention was that before I could get my car out of the tow company, I needed a to attain a release form from them first. This wouldn't have been such a problem had I had a way of getting to the police department and back to the tow company. Realizing my predicament, Tony graciously offered to transport me to and from the police department so that I would not have to pay an extra cab fare. If ever you were to have to misfortune of having your car impounded, pray that it is by Southside Tow. Their friendly and professional staff generously went out of their way to ease my discomfort and make the entire process a lot less painful and stressful! I'm glad to have Lola back but even more pleased that it wasn't a hassle or fight to get her.
