I called another company four times for over a month last fall trying to get them to come out and replace the vinyl shutters on the front of my house. I finally wised up and called Southern Siding. Imagine my surprise when they immediately returned my call and then called back an hour later with an estimate. They were so easy to work with and had my shutters installed in 3 days. These guys know what customer service is! ~Nadine
