Very flaky!!! Said they were going to come and do a bid on our house - we made an appointment for a specific time. 30 minutes after they were supposed to show up, we called them to ask what was up. They said they were 10 minutes away and would be there soon. 3 weeks later, they have never called or shown up. If they can't show up for the bid, I cannot imagine what it would be like to have them do work...
