You will be punished if you live where they don't have an office. They have very few. In fact, I think they only about three not at work locations (which do not allow public access). Two in Los Angeles County and one in Orange County. There are some other credit unions that they have contracted with to 'host' them. What they don't tell you is that if you want more than $500 cash from the 'host' CU, you will be charged a fee. There is abosutely no incentive to make them your primary CU. Just like BOA (Bank of America) they attempt to find many ways to charge fees. Less than $250 in your accounts? They will take $5 per month until they've drained your account. You can only get around this if you happen to have a 'check free' account that does not earn any interest. This has to be the most inconvenient CU ever devised. Guess they don't really care to increase their customer base.
