The negative reviews are accurate. I bought an EVO X because the price was very good. I live outside of CA so I needed the vehicle transported to WA. Once I signed the paperwork, they forgot about me. I had to do all the work despite them promising to help, which of course they did not. They have not sent me temp tags or my plates so I cannot drive the car. Their customer service is awful. I have called and they are with customers all the time and never call me back. I have ordered vehicles from out of state before, and never had this much of an issue. The reason is that before, customer service was important. Not at SC Mitsubishi. Be careful of this dealer.
