Being a business owner of a major restaurant, I need to make sure that my restaurant is operating for my customers. I recently had a problem with my walk-in freezer on a Saturday, one of my busiest days. I called John from So Cal and he was able to be out within the hour. I ended up needing a major part being replaced on my freezer. John pulled some strings with his part supplier and had the part in the same day. In a few short hours my freezer was up and running. John made sure that my first experience with his company was a good one. He truly cares about his customers and goes through great lengths to make sure that they are taken care of. I currently have a maintenance contract with So Cal and all of my kitchen equipment is running smoothly. Thank you So Cal!
