I am actually shocked to see so many poor reviews on this. I ordered a SmokingStick in error because I had read great reviews about SmokeStick, but I have not found the problems with customer service that so many seem to have.
I ordered the "free trial" package and about a half an hour after placing the order online I received a phone call from their customer service asking me if I wanted menthol or regular. She was very helpful and also informed me that instead of my free trial and then paying $90, I could purchase the package that day for $70 and have a 30 day money back guarantee. She also clarified that the 30 days begins when I receive the ecig and does not include the ship time. It arived in 5 days as promised.
My only concern now is that I did not realize that there was no strength option in the menthol flavor, so I have 20 cartridges of 16mg nicotine which I think is quite strong for me. I wish that I had been informed of that when she was asking me which cartridges I wanted. Other than that one oversight, I am quite satisfied with the product and the customer service.
I just thought someone with a good experience needed to post on here.
