We are a growing company and we have to employ 3rd party call centers to handle are incoming sales calls generated from our advertisements. These 3rd part call centers are required to read from a script that completely explains how to get your FREE starter kit. Each sales person is required to read that you will have to pay for the shipping and handling and also for a one month supply of filters. The 3rd party call centers are separate companies and we cannot monitor each and every one of their sales people, this is why we require them to record ever sales call. If something like this happens we pull the recording and listen to it intently. We always, in every case, abide by what was stated by the sales person on each call. One unfortunate aspect of having to use 3rd party call centers is the fact that after they make the sale for us, they are allowed to pitch other products that they represent. These offers are not affiliated with Smoker’s Savior in anyway we receive no revenues generated from these other offers. We are aware of the annoyance this can be so we have limited the number of “up sells” that the 3rd party call centers are allowed to offer onto our product. They are also instructed to except “no” for an answer and to not push so hard with these up sells.
