I'm really disappointed at this business. I bought a voucher from Living Social for a week's worth of food. I'm soooo angry and disappointed.
Reasoning:
1. As soon as I got my voucher, about 2-3 weeks ago. I called to schedule a delivery. They told me the first they can deliver is at oct 7. but i'll be out of town, so I scheduled it for the 12th. Anyways the 12th rolls around and no delivery. the 13th rolls by and tried calling throughout the day with the number on the website. Uh. YOU CAN'T LEAVE MESSAGES? oh wtf. I finally got to them today and they're like I can't find the order. oh ok.
fine i'll fill out another survey.
2. An 818 number calls and when I answer, hangs up the phone. After two calls they finally leave a message and said that they have concerns about my address because they don't deliver. EXCUSE ME?
3. I called back and Brenda said they don't deliver in Rosemead. I told her that my city is on the "delivery" routes. she's like are you sure? let me check and discuss with the drivers and all. She comes back to the phone and she said, sorry, we had to fire the last driver... and our web people are lazy (ok. that's wonderful for business,.. badmouthing your employees) and you wonder why they can't live up their standards and merit the 1 star review.
4. She tells me that they go to Alhambra, and Pasadena, but they can't go out to Rosemead. Mind you, that's another 10 minutes to where I am. I'm a hop, skip to Alhambra but that's too far? ok. i ask if they can go to downtown LA for delivery. uh. no we don't deliver there and there's too much traffic and yada yada yada
i'll had enough bs for today. and you can shove my voucher and PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE.
