I started on this diet plan over a year ago. I am a school teacher and a busy mom so I needed a diet that would have easy meal plans. I have tried several diets before - low carb, Atkins, low cal, low fat, soup, etc. but those would only work temporarily. This diet is awesome because I can substitute foods and every third day I can have a meal I love! I started the diet over a year ago and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I have been able to keep it off so I'll say this is a very successful diet!
