I was a member of this gym for a few years while living in Simi Valley. I moved away and tried to cancel my membership. They continued to charge my bank account, even when I spoke to a "manager" about it. She was very unfriendly and completely unwilling to help. She said I had to drive back to the gym (50 miles for me) and fill out paperwork, no faxes, no email, no regular mail. I took this up with my bank and they refunded me the fees for a short time but now I am being charged again and I tried to call the gym and there is no answer, and no machine even. I filed a claim with my bank again, but it looks like the only thing I can do is close my bank account and get another account number to make it stop. I have been dealing with this for over a year!
