This company called one of my clients (I am a web developer) talking about how bad their site looked, and how they could do so much better. It was 4 am when they called also.
I don't know what kind of a company has to knock down other companies work in order to get business, but I would imagine if they have to do that, they must be lacking. Their score at the Better Business Bureau (F) must be a reflection of their work standards.
