Having done some business with this company I felt compelled to relate my experience....if only to save others from doing business with this company.
This a 1st rate amateur operation.
The company incorrectly printed some coffee cups for our wedding. When we alerted them of the error they reacted with utter contempt, Instead of working towards an amicable solution the owner (Tom Falco) replied with accusations and demeaning rhetoric. I would persuade anyone who wants proper customer service and a proper job done to avoid this company at all costs.
A (now) irate former customer.
PS it wouldn't let me rate lower than 1 star or I would have put negative 10!
