I called after watching an infomercial. The person taking my order kept pressuring for more than I wanted to order and was so confusing that when she recapped my order it was for $90/3mos supply, not the trial package I wanted. When I told her to cancel, that was incorrect, she said the order was already placed and gave me a customer service number to call. People at that number said the order would take 72 hours to reach them to cancel it. You guessed it!! Calling back after 72 hours, I was told the order shipped within 24 hours and could not be stopped. Of course, I could return it all at my expense and get credited. I intend to do this, but expect it will be months sorting out the credit. To top it off I had been enrolled in an automatic shipment, so I expect this will be an ongoing nightmare! Never again. Since then, I have found tons of complaints similar to mine on websearch sites.
