I did not bid on an item they are charging me for. They want $1800.00 plus $333.00in other fees. They don't want to hear I did not bid. I was looking through their stuff and scrolled OVER the item. It grabbed my cursor as a bid. I did NOT click on it. There was NO "CONFIRM" place to click on. While the item was STILL on the screen, I tried to contact them, but their link would not work. Now, they are threatening my credit and future auctions with other dealers. I am a very careful buyer, and know what I am doing. I will NEVER deal with this place, ever again.
I have been in contact with them via e-mail since this occurred on January 16. I call this extortion. Even on THIS site, you have to click to confirm.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
They even offered to give me a credit to buy whatever I wanted on their site for the amount I "owe". They just want the money. I am refusing to pay them one dime. I even bought a coin for $45 the same day. I am not going to pay for that, either, unless they send me a separate statement. AGAIN, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
