FRAUD......FRAUD....This company is so fraudulent! Came to my home posing as Protection One and removed all of protection one monitoring in my home and replaced my service for DOUBLE the amount per month. Also customer service associate said I can buy my way out of my contract for $2500. Since when does anyone sign a 5 year contract??? Which auto renews!LOL. I am informing the Florida attorney general and I am sure they will resolve this issue. Stay far away from this company they don't care about security they care about money!
