Same as Lucy, no show, no call, and no response to e-mail and phone messages! I bought $44 voucher from Living Social for a full detail. I scheduled the appointment in January for March 25th. And since I made that online appointment, I have not had contact with anyone from this company. I have requested a refund from living social. If you call the Scott's Mobile Detailing business phone number (1-800-603-7610), a male voice will tell you how to schedule an appointment online and to please be patient, good things come to those who wait. BUT this company doesn't tell you to leave a message or say anything about someone calling you back. So I don't know if anyone listened to the voice messages. I've left 3 phone messages and one e-mail. Based on my experience of not being able to contact anyone from this company online/email/phone, and also based on them not showing up for a scheduled appointment, I question whether this company is legitimate. Living Social admitted to numerous complaints about this company, but, because they haven't officially gone out of business, they don't have much recourse at this time.
