Don't make the same horrible mistake I did, Listen to these bad reviews they are true

In November 2022, I hired Saunders & Associates to take 3 Parties to Court for water damages estimated to be 18k in a new construction after a bad washer installation. Vasilli Papas was so convincing in the consult and appeared to be knowledgeable promising they would win my case, I sat with it for a month questioning why other Lawyers were telling I had a good case, but this would be a fight and could be costly.
But Saunders & Associates would be costing me 10,195 so against my better judgement and reading the negative reviews I circled back to them. I even questioned the receptionist who claimed, "Oh Vasili, he wins all his cases" Big regret! A Lawyer warned that they could be just trying to get me in for the fee and that is exactly what happened. As soon as they received the fee, they ghosted me for 3 months. They were no longer readily available to take my calls, my messages went unreturned, and emails unanswered in that time until I threated to request a refund for failure to show proof and provide documentation of what work was done, Then and only then did I receive a call from Vasili and Gary the Lawyer who hardly spoke a word. Vasili must be the smooth deceiver in the firm so he did the talking went right into making everything appear as though it were on track and was going to a great outcome for me and that I would be so happy that I would be baking them a cake. After that call, Ghosted again from January to maybe July/August. That entire time I had to chase them for information, they were neglectful to communicate, neglected to return my calls, emails, neglectful in providing updates, documents. I learned weeks later that Gary dismissed a vital Party in the lawsuit without discussing it with me getting my approval, consulting or notifying me at all which went against the agreement hurting my case. They ill advised me on including my insurance, kept them in the suit against my questions of whether they should be in the suit, hurting me in that area. They basically strung me along took my money, wasted my time, hurt my case and at the last wanted me to dismiss them under the lie that they fulfilled their obligations. They claimed to be trying to bring my case back to State from it going to Federal but I think they didn't care and they wanted to be done, they got their fee which is what they wanted, they didn't care that I was a single mother and that this was putting me in debt and left me unprepared for my deposition, giving me no advise all along the way. They neglected to provide the final form to settle with one Party, not holding to their word to see that through which was also in the agreement, at that point I had dismissed them as my representation providing Gary gave his word to continue to represent me with this party until settlement was complete and at the end The Party I was sued sent and filed that form for me doing their job. I expressed my disappointment and displeasure in their lack services and I question if they saw a complaint coming because they moved offices from Corona to NewPort Beach either way I will be filing a complaint with the State Bar and District Attorneys I will do all that I can to get them investigated! Fraud under the umbrella of Attorney is still Fraud and its wrong, people shouldn't be allowed to play with the lives of others!!
