What a horrible business. I do not suggest working with this company at all. I was a tenant at one of their properties, and what horrible service. They speak down to you, want your deposit within 4 hours of calling to confirm the accepted application, and do not follow their contract. Example: Water heater wasn't working, called them at 430pm. They stated a professional would be by to look at it and confirmed that we would get 24 hour notice....Not even a half an hour later, the ancient owner was there knocking at our door to look at the water heater. Mind you, they didn't call, just showed up...And it wasn't an emergency. Just the water heater kept going out and had to be re-lit 2 times a day. Upon moving out they lost the $405 check that I personally handed to them, and deducted it from my deposit return. They denied any responsibility, will not confirm with the person I handed it to to see if she did receive it, and will not document the incident. On top of all that, there was mold in the house and they didn't disclose it, and told us it was our fault. In result we had to throw away a bed worth over $500 dollars and would reimburse or be responsible what so ever because of it. Just DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
