This Animal Hospital is not up front about the costs of their services and it is up to you to ask along the way, during an exam, if that poking and proding is going to cost you more than you are already paying for the exam. Otherwise you will be surprised at check out. After complaining about an extra charge I had no idea would cost me extra, their response was that I should have asked. They feel it is your responsibility to ask if something is going to cost extra, not their responsibility to tell you. I will not be going back.
