I would not reccomend this vet to any pet owner. I took my dog in to have a simple procedure performed. Prior to the procedure I signed a consent for that procedure alone. I was also given an estimate sheet of all other procedures, treatments that my dog may need. I was instructed to decide which if any I wanted. One of the procedures costing approximately $300 we declined to have done. When we picked up my dog later that afternoon I was informed that the procedure we asked not to be done was indeed performed. This included shaving my dogs neck and leaving her with a half inch incision. We did not have to pay for the procedure but they also would not send in the "samples" they retrieved. Therefore they unnecessarily sliced my dog open and then refused to give us the results from the procedure unless we paid the lab fees. On top of everything we were quoted $280 for the procedure, by the time they finished with all the things they deemed necessary we spent $640. We set up an appointment to speak with the owner about our concerns and he quite honestly could have cared less. This is not a safe practice and no one should take their animals here.
