do not trust their 5 year warranty scam

purchased a camper cover, was on backorder, site stated that it was CA wind and heat tolerant. started dri rotting in less then a few months. called got it exchanged, still poor quality. Company refuses to honor the 5 year warrenty. Company's web site now has a icon, stating that they will only replace once(no matter how poor quality it is), and will only refund at 30 days. We have received poor quality on two covers, within a year. Company employees get nasty and an attitude. PRESIDENT REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE 20 PLUS PICTURES OF PROOF OF POOR QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP. Do not deal with them, find someone else, even if more expensive. THIS COMPANY ENTICES AND REELS YOU IN WITH THE 5 YEAR WARRENTY, knowing they have poor quality and they NOW(note the Now) say that they dont have to refund if after 30 days. Dont fall for their poor quality, thinking you are getting a REAL 5 year warrenty. NO STARS FOR THIS COMPANY, DO NOT DESERVE ANY.
