First off I wanted to give this business a zero star but the software on this site would not allow me to do that. I dropped off my Kirby vacuum cleaner to be repaired at SUDS because they are an approved Kirby repair center. They had it for 3 weeks. In that time they confirmed that it was repaired and just needed to be shipped back before I can come and pick it up. They also did not return my phone calls or call me and keep me posted in the three weeks time frame. When I finally got an admin. to pick up the phone I told her I wanted my Kirby back because I was extremely frustrated with them. I went and picked it up and it was never repaired. She also said there was a closer approved repair center to my home but the office did not tell me about it because they wanted to keep the business for themselves. The owner of this business also admitted that he did not want to get into vacuum repairs but was persuaded by his employees to do so. He said they were not trained to handle repairs and that they should not have accepted my vacuum cleaner in the first place. They are extremely unprofessional. They are also an accurate representation of Kirby who gave me their name as an approved repair center. Kirby is a deceiving company to purchase a vacuum cleaner from. I threw out my Kirby and will never purchase another one again. I will not have to deal with Kirby or this repair center ever again.
