We had a ceiling repair done in one of our buildings. Roto Rooter came and did a repair with liquid solder. They used a plastic tarp underneath the repair. Liquid solder dripped down and burned thru the plastic, burning the carpet below.
They refused to turn the claim into their insurance company or make us whole, sticking us with a $3500 expense.
