Placed an order two weeks before Christmas and now four weeks after Christmas we still have not received our order.
We're holding out hope but we can't get anyone to return our calls or respond to our emails... seems there is a problem with phones due to issues on the service providers end so calls are not being answered!
Update 4/1/2011:
After several more weeks of no phones, sickness in accounting, and promises of "It will ship Monday and you should have it by Wednesday." we asked for and received our refund.
It took calling repeatedly and going through every extension that the auto attendant gave so that I could reach someone. No need to leave a voice mail, it most likely will not be returned. Be persistent and keep trying until you reach someone..... and make sure you document every conversation date, with whom you spoke, an overview of what was discussed, and what was the next step agreed upon.
I will say that every time I spoke with a company rep they were polite and professional.
