On February 21, 2011 I purchased a comforter set for $450.00 (online) with the understanding that I would receive my product in 3-4 weeks. The money was withdrawn promptly from my account the next day, February 22nd. Seven weeks went by and I did not receive my purchase. Many phone calls to the company were made and I heard the following excuses; the computers were down, the phones were being upgraded, the product was being custom made and would take a little longer than expected to ship, the staff was out of the office. I canceled my order and was told that my refund would post in 3-5 days. It has been two weeks and nothing. I decided to research Rocky Mountain Cabin Decor further on the internet and to my horror discovered they have an F rating with the BBB and many similar complaints and stories. I have been able to contact an agency and start proceedings against this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!
