I just went in for a wash, and wax... i ended up with a thick layer of some sticky soapy substance on the inside of the driver-side window. I asked them to clean it up, after 15 minutes of scrubbing and scratching, they end up scratching the tint from the inside of my window. I talked to the lady in charge and she blamed it on me, that it was probably an old tint, or something that I had splashed on the inside of the window. I'm trying to explain to her that I brought my car in with a clear window, and now it's all scratched, and she just walked away from me, very rude, and refused to do anything about it. I used to come here all the time, they just lost a customer.
