Good Afternoon Diane J.
The National "Do Not Call Registry" is for the express purpose of preventing telemarketing companies from contacting individuals who do not wish to receive solicitations by telephone. This applies to both cellular phones and land lines.
As a Collection Agency, there is NO attempt to solicit services to consumers by telephone.
If you have received telephone calls from Rickenbacker, the number which appears on the caller ID is a valid number. The Caller ID number is tested regularly.
If you provided your cellular phone number to a credit grantor who has submitted a debt you may owe into collections, that is implied consent.
You may request that Rickenbacker "cease communications" in writing by providing the telephone number which is receiving calls and faxing or mailing your letter:
Email: compliance@rickenbackergroup.com
Fax: 408-762-7201
Mail: 15005 Concord Circle
Morgan Hill, CA 95037
If you have already requested to "stop calling" verbally with an agent, your phone number may have already been removed. In order for Rickenbacker to locate the account which was associated with your phone number... please also provide your First and Last Name and Current Address.
You may also contact me directly if I can be of any assistance.
Kindest Regards
Compliance Manager
