i am a small non profit - we feed the homeless and i had ordered gloves in feb - never received them, at that time i was able to get a person on the line. he issued a credit. i then ordered socks all of this for the homeless - order beginning of march and today have yet to receive the order and it looks like they are out of business WITH my money. It's not like we have a lot of money - this is a non profit and now, we have to make up for this loss - this is really an evil way of doing business.
