My husband and I ordered from RhinoMart on 1-28-11. Shortly after we placed our order we saw on our account (no one from the company ever informed us) that most of our product was out of stock and they had credited our account (in- store). After this happening many, many times we then decided to just cancel our order all together. On 3-9-11 after calling every day and leaving messages we were informed that we would be refunded $425.45 back to our card. It's now 3-26-11 and no refund. We have called many times, left multiple voicemails (we can no longer leave any more voicemails since its too full)and messages on-line. We can not get anyone to call us or e-mail us back. The last time I had any sort of contact with RhinoMart was 3-16-11 when I was told our refund would be done that next Monday. We have even called our back to discuss this issue with them. We just filed a report against them with the BBB, Attorney General of CA and the Attorney General of FL. Hopefully this will help out someone else. Good Luck.
