Rhinomart has very poor and unresponsive customer service. I made a complaint about 2 cases(60 pc each) of gloves which were damaged. They misread my signed return form and credited me for 2 pairs of gloves. Then when I tried to correct them, they asked me to photograph 120 pairs of gloves in order to get my return processed. The issue with the gloves is apparent to the touch, so cameras cannot capture it, also asking the customer to take 120 pictures of damaged merch is ridiculous. I also stated the time sensitivity of the items because they were for October holiday month long sales, which they did not respond to. Rhinomart is a very irresponsible company.
