I called to confirm availability and shipping because there was so much buyer beware negative feedback online regarding Rhino Mart’s backorders, delays and damaged shipments that I was hesitant to place my order and plus I need it to arrive in a specific time frame by 4/23. After your reassurance that the items were all available and ready to ship and that Mario would personally process the order and get it shipped out in time allayed my fears and I placed the order.
