I want to thank you for rising to the occasion! My advice to anyone needing to hire a "restoration" company: DO YOUR HOME WORK!!! At the very LEAST, look at BBB and online reviews. After getting "ripped-off", I hired Sente's company and was very impressed. I had water damage (caused by a careless plumber) that required invasive repair procedures from within my home. I tend to be a perfectionist and can be a bit difficult to please. Sente completely restored my house to pre-flooding conditions, but did so with extreme care, leaving the house each day completely spotless and clean. Unlike other contractors, Sente made certain promises and delivered. He stuck to his estimates and completed the project ON TIME. If you need an HONEST contractor, I would highly recommend Sente and his company.
