I called Reliant Legal Network and told to a representative “Kevin Winters” about my mortgages, he say you need legal representation, “We can help you” and when the loan modification is complete I will save from 25% to 45% in my monthly payment. Furthermore in an email he said “Our firm has the exclusive on this program and we get your loan approved for enrollment to make sure your case is going to be modified first before you pay us”.
To start the process I gave him all the info he asked for and later on October 10, 2010 I got an email from Reliant Legal Network /Kevin Winters saying “Congratulation!!! Your mortgage loan case has been approved to be enrolled into the Mortgage payment relief program to restructure your account”I was very happy to get that news; and them I was instructed to may two deposits, of $1,250 each. I did that; from there I got a phone call from Jessica (October 28) asking me few more question about the loan. Latter on December 28th another call from Heater asking me if I got any documents from my lender to what I answer NOT, after that the whole deal turn into one way communication, this year trying to contact “Kevin winters” I got and install response email saying that he no longer work for the company. Contact somebody else named Jason, I called him and he call me back saying that HFC did not accept the loan modification and was nothing that he could do… Now I am trying to see if I can get my money back…But I can’t get on the phone or by email with anybody there.
