I answered a add in July 2010 from reliant and asked about having my 1st&2nd mortgage modified I told them my 1st was modified already but not with good results and told me they would have there lawyers call there contacts at my bank to make sure they could help before they took my money.They called back and said both could be modified and gave me a 100% money back garentee and a 180 day term.I sent thm all the information they asked for paid $3000 and one mounth latter I got a call telling me since my first was already modified they could not do anything with it,I asked for a refund since they knew about it in advance they refused and told me they had 180 days to try.Well I was never updated once never called to update any information, every time I called I was run around and now after 180 days no one retuns my calls or answers my letters.They are a scam belive the bad reviews and stay away.
