They are a scam!!! I have been dealing with them since oct. 2010 they have done nothing for me sent them $3000 and finally in Feb someone called to tell me chase denied me. I signed a contract that states you get 100% of your money back if they cant get you the modification. When I called to try to find out about getting my money back in February I was told I needed to speak with Doug Moore it took me a month to get him to return my phone calls!!! He suggested I lie about the rent income and wait until April 1st and he would call me back. Well April 1 came and went I have left countless messages no answer tonight I get a phone call from some guy who claims he is a temp telling me reliant is going out of business on April 24th!!!!! the only info he could give me was to either go with another company which would cost another $3000 or join the "so called" lawsuit which costs $7000!!!! He said reliant got a law firm called Precision law ( which by the way no listed number for) and they are suing the banks on behalf of the homeowners.
I just filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and it looks like I am out $3000 STAY AWAY FROM THEM and if your a current client I would suggest you call thats if they answer the phone.
Such a shame that these companies prey on innocent people!@!
